How should ballpark singles be handled?

Change Ballpark SINGLE* to SINGLE (of)

Postby twentysix on Fri Nov 30, 2007 2:27 pm

Currently, all successful ballpark singles result in a SINGLE*. In order to add more running chances to our games we talked about converting some or all ballpark singles to open ended singles.

Let's discuss the different options before anyone votes. Thanks.

I'm not wild about most of the other changes, but this one really seems to make the most sense. It does make stuff more realistic, as all ballpark hits wouldn't realistically be the same kind of hit. Nice.
